Healthy Eating Habits

*     Chew More
*     Eat at regular times
*     Bigger breakfast
*     Two meals prefer
*     Eat during daylight
*     Avoid eating before sleeping
*     Drink between meals
*     Not hot and not too cold
*     Enjoy your meal
*     Above all apply good food joining
       -    Eat more live food
       -    Take fruit at separate meals than vegetables
       -    Take fruit at the beginning of the meal
*     And eat with a grateful heart
